We ship same day for orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon Mountain time.

If you placed an order after 12:00 noon MST, your order will ship the next business day.

We email tracking before midnight on the day it ships.

Some of the free email providers such as yahoo, gmail and hotmail have very restrictive spam policies and they may capture our emails as spam. In this case you will have to locate our tracking email in a spam or quarantine folder.

For UPS 2nd day air shipping, 12:00 noon MST is also the cutoff for same day shipping.

UPS 2nd day air takes 3 business days and doesn't include weekend shipping, delivery or transit time.

We ship out of Salt Lake City. For UPS ground transit times are:

• 2-3 days to the west coast and southwest.
• 3-4 days to Texas and surrounding states
• 3-4 days to the midwest
• 5 days to the east coast

Please note UPS has intermittent delays that we are not responsible for. We are also seeing delays due to the increase in fuel costs so UPS can find more efficiency in shipping.
